Welcome to Surány!
Blue Houses of Surány is located on the Island of Szentendre, Pócsmegyer-Surány, Hungary.
The houses consist of two separate living quarters, and can be booked for 2-4 people. Both living quarters have queen size beds, their own bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets.
The smaller house has a kitchenette while the larger house has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. In the summer kitchen you may prepare ingredients to grill on our electric grill or on our barbecue in the garden.
Sit back on our terrace chairs to enjoy the rays of the sun until sunset, stay a bit more and gaze at the stars. The terrace is half roofed so you may sit outside even when it’s raining if that’s your heart’s desire.
This is the place where your next outdoor barbecue will take place.
This is the place where you will go with your friends and finally catch up on the long-planned joint vacation, and from here on, you’ll repeat it every year. New stories will be created, which you will recall again. Here, you don’t have to ‘hide from the world.’ Just enjoy yourselves. Together, again. Create shared experiences.

Booking information
Our prices are in Hungarian Forints (euro exchange rate given on the booking site) and include VAT. The house has a maximum capacity of 4 people and can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights! The price includes exclusive use of the house and garden, bed linen, towels, and cleaning. The tourist tax will be calculated at the time of booking and will be indicated during the booking process.
To book, please select the desired dates in the calendar, and then provide your information. In case of a successful booking, we will contact you by phone or email for confirmation purposes!
Booking/Cancellation Conditions:
– payment of the deposit. The amount of the deposit will be calculated during the booking and will be clearly indicated
– provision of personal information
– consent to the processing of personal data. After booking, please complete the online check-in process by the latest on the day of arrival (document scanning, any ID is acceptable). We will send the necessary information for access on the day of arrival.
For a smooth check-in and check-out experience, let’s coordinate a time that would be convenient for your arrival and departure. Early check-in and late departure can be arranged based on availability.

Activities & Surroundings
Grill, bake, cook – Inside or outside, pick your preferred method; preparing food in the kitchen, on the elctric or wood burner grill outside. You can prepare the ingredients in the summer kitchen on the terrace, no need to move between the kitchen and the garden.
Go for a run, bike ride – take a walk in the neighbourhood or get on our bycicles (included in the price, but please give us notice when booking your stay so we can get them to you once you arrive)
Go for a dip, swim or just check out the Danube – go for a dip in the Danube in the summer – there’s a beach with a floating pontoon, shallow water and sunny river bank awaits. The Danube stuns in colder weather too, and the environment is worthy of discovery
Games – we collected a few card and boardgames for you, you may also check out or kids’ fußball table
Reading, yoga – nestle in the reading nook or do some yoga – plenty of space inside or outside to find your inner peace
Go for a hike – the Island of Szentendre awaits, or if you travel a bit further the mountains of Pilis are wonderful in every season
